We deliver across Morocco through delivery companies. Fees depend on your city or area and are shown before you confirm your order.

Timing

Timing depends on the city and the courier; we tell you when we confirm your order. It is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Confirmation

After you order, we call or message you to check the address and number. An order we cannot confirm is not shipped.

On delivery

• Check the parcel in front of the courier.
• If you no longer want the order, refuse it at delivery: the courier returns it under its standard procedure.
• If a product is damaged, wrong or missing, take a photo and contact us the same day.
