Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data we collect and why, in line with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data we collect

• For an order: name, phone, city, address, e-mail (optional), note, products ordered.
• For a bank transfer: the receipt you send.
• On WhatsApp: the messages you send us.

Use

This data is used only to process and deliver your order, contact you about it and meet our legal and accounting obligations. It is never sold or rented.

Recipients

Delivery companies receive what they need to deliver (name, phone, address). Our technical providers (hosting, database) store it on our behalf.

Retention

Order data is kept as long as needed to manage the relationship and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to . You can also contact the CNDP (Morocco’s data protection authority).
